Privacy Policy

KrGames ("we", "us") develops free-to-play mobile games for iPhone and iPad (the "Apps"). The Apps are provided at no cost and are supported by advertising. This page explains what information is collected when you use our Apps, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By using our Apps you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number inside our games. Your game progress (for example levels or drawings) is stored on your device only.

Our Apps use third-party services that may automatically collect information from your device, such as:

• Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, screen size and app version.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA): only if you allow tracking when the App asks you (App Tracking Transparency). If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not shared.
• Usage data: how you use the App, session length and crash reports.
• Network information: IP address (used to estimate your approximate country) and connection type.

2. Third-party services

Our Apps use the following services. Each one has its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob – Privacy Policy
• Unity Ads & Unity LevelPlay (ad mediation) – Privacy Policy

Our ad partners may show personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent and your device settings.

3. Log data

If an error happens in an App, our third-party services may collect information called "Log Data". It can include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App, the time and date of use, and other statistics. We use it only to find and fix problems.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our Apps do not use cookies directly. However, the advertising and analytics libraries in our Apps may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads. You can limit this through your device settings (see section 8).

5. How we use information

• To run the Apps and keep them working.
• To show advertising that keeps our games free.
• To understand how our games are played and improve them.

6. Service providers

We work with the companies listed in section 2 to provide, measure and improve our Apps. They can access information only to perform these tasks for us and may not use it for other purposes, except as described in their own privacy policies.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

• Tracking & personalized ads: go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or turn it off for our App.
• Stop all collection: uninstall the App.

9. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To use these rights, contact us (section 14).

10. Data deletion requests

We do not store personal data on our own servers. To ask for deletion of data related to our Apps, email us at iskandarrsl@icloud.com with the name of the game and, if possible, your device's advertising ID. We will reply within 30 days.

Our partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect. You can also ask them directly:

11. Links to other sites

Our Apps may contain links to other websites or apps, for example ads or our "More Games" list. These are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
